When Trojan Remover is first installed the FastScan component is set to run at boot-time. This is the recommended default.

 

You can disable the FastScan from running at boot-time by starting Trojan Remover and selecting Options. Click on Boot-time FastScan enabled to turn this option off. Click on Boot-time FastScan disabled to turn the option back on.
