In Windows Explorer you can right-click on a file or directory and select Scan with Trojan Remover. This will start Trojan Remover and scan the selected file, or the contents of the selected directory.

 

If you wish to disable this functionality start Trojan Remover and select Options. Click on Right-click menu scanning enabled to turn this option off. Click on Right-click menu scanning disabled to turn the option back on again.

 

Note: this functionality is currently not available on 64 bit systems.
